Most of this has been generated by word of mouth, but was also supported with a long-standing commitment to radio advertising. Our plan re-directed the radio targeted to stations with demographics best suited for Clowâs niche and incorporated a direct mail program to realtors as a key influencer in the re-roofing buying process.
